Out door Wednesday...Peach blossom style...

For the last three months my peach tree has been looking like this...
and on Monday...I saw this!!

And this...

and this!!

And even a little of this!! Actually those were the only things I saw, but it looks as though this little tree is waking up from it's winter rest. Soon...well, in a few months...we will have yummy peaches!! There is nothing better than a fresh peach picked from your own tree...especially when that fresh peach is grilled with a little vanilla ice cream and home made raspberry topping on it!
Today it is raining...we are expecting rain on and off for the next week according to the weather channel...I do love the rain and I especially love what the rain does to my yard! This gives me some time with no excuses to stay inside and sew...
Enjoy the day, my friends and go over to Susans and visit other Outdoor Wednesday sites!

Oh my! Already! they're gorgeous! My little Peach tree is still dormant!
Other things are coming along though - to keep me wanting to walk through the garden to see what's changed.
Hope you have a great day,
Kathy

Hi Linda!
Thanks for stopping by! I just cut some blossoms from my tree and brought them inside in a jar of water... I am enjoying them so... hey the tree needed a haircut?!

It'll be quite a while before our trees look like that! When we first moved here from San Diego, our daughter came stomping home from school outraged that they had to go outside for recess IN THE RAIN. (In San Diego there was a whole different rainy day schedule.) Not so here, life goes on rain or not, but it's the snow that does us in. LOL
