Succulent fun...

I have been having fun with my succulents lately...they are such forgiving plants and so easy to propagate...perfect for our dry climate too. I will admit...I pretty much have a cottage garden...but having these sweet plants in pots everywhere is so much fun. This one is on the table on my front porch...I planted them in the Good Will polka dot pot I got a few weeks ago...
The colors on these plants are wonderful too...so many variations of green...the one on the right sort of reminds me of my lambs ear...its soft and fuzzy too...and by the way...if you ask me the names...I have no idea...I am not that kind of gardener...I wish I were...I have often thought of taking a few courses at UCR ...they have a great agricultural college and it would be nice to know more about the plants...maybe someday...
I got this little guy at Target in their gardening section...actually I bought all of the different ones they had...if you've been reading my posts for any length of time...you know I love gnomes...I have no idea why...I think its their chubby little faces...they are just so happy to me...how can I resist! Most of the ones I have in the back yard are concrete...not painted...they are tucked everywhere...just hiding around back there...I know...I know...I should seek counseling...
But how can you resist such a face...
Until next time...enjoy the day!!!

You are so funny. Your gnomes are cute and I think we all have a quirk or two. With me it is bunnies. I've never had many succulents, except "hen and chicks"
I think the succulents and the gnomes fit perfectly tucked in your cottage garden.

Cute gnome! Too bad we live so far apart; we could swap starts. Succulents are great fun, aren't they?

Just popped by to say hello and so glad you liked the pictures of Chelsea. It was a real treat and like you I would love some of the mini foxgloves for my garden.
Love the gnomes by the way, very cute.
