It's a bit cooler...again...today, so I thought some soup would be good for dinner. We had left over roast from Sunday's dinner...so our special bean and vegetable soup came to mind. While I was cutting everything up this morning for the crock pot...I thought it looked so pretty, so I had to get out my camera and show you! I wish I had smell-a-vision because right now my whole house smells pretty darn good!!Enjoy your day, my friends!!

That is what I call food art! I make soup all summer...I love it, the perfect food. Do you put beef roast in bean soup? I always use ham or bacon ends.

I always make bean soup ,here in Greece it is a staple during the winter ,I see you put in bay leaves I am not sure the computer screen needs to be replaced ,but enyway I'll just quickly tell you what I put in mine, onions,celery,carrots,tamato sauce,olive oil and the beans ofcourse,I also love lentil soup,I can smell your soup almost, yummy.xoxo theodora
